Client Success Manager - Ad Tech - up to £35K base + £7K bonus (Total comp: £42K, flex to £45K-£48K DOE)

The UK team is growing and hiring into their client success function to support this expansion.
The Job

Support a portfolio of advertiser and agency clients as their day-to-day point of contact

Ensure smooth campaign delivery and excellent client service

Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities and contribute to renewals and growth

Collaborate with the Ad Ops and Sales teams to solve client challenges

Report into the Client Success Lead and contribute to wider team goals

Flexible working with full ownership of your schedule
You
-
1-3 years' experience in client success, account management, or digital media
-
Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness

Basic understanding of digital ad platforms (SSPs, DSPs, programmatic workflows)

Keen to learn, grow, and develop in a high-growth environment

Strong communicator, organised, and confident working with internal and external stakeholders

Experience in ad tech or programmatic media a bonus
