Client Success Manager - Ad Tech - up to £35K base + £7K bonus (Total comp: £42K, flex to £45K-£48K DOE)

The UK team is growing and hiring into their client success function to support this expansion.

The Job

  • Support a portfolio of advertiser and agency clients as their day-to-day point of contact

  • Ensure smooth campaign delivery and excellent client service

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities and contribute to renewals and growth

  • Collaborate with the Ad Ops and Sales teams to solve client challenges

  • Report into the Client Success Lead and contribute to wider team goals

  • Flexible working with full ownership of your schedule

You

  • 1-3 years' experience in client success, account management, or digital media

  • Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness

  • Basic understanding of digital ad platforms (SSPs, DSPs, programmatic workflows)

  • Keen to learn, grow, and develop in a high-growth environment

  • Strong communicator, organised, and confident working with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience in ad tech or programmatic media a bonus
