Customer Service Manager

Salary: Up to 45k DOE

Our client, an innovative and growing finance company that's passionate about helping businesses achieve their potential, is looking for a motivated Customer Service Manager to lead their service team of 4 and ensure every customer's experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the customer service team.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are handled quickly and professionally.
  • Oversee account management tasks such as settlements, reschedules, refunds, and reconciliations.
  • Manage customer complaints effectively, turning issues into opportunities to improve.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Continuously improve team performance and service processes.
  • Use feedback and data insights to enhance the customer journey.

About You:

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Great attention to detail with good numerical ability.
  • Confident leading a team and driving efficiency.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new processes.
  • Experience in financial services or asset finance is an advantage.
