Our client are seeking an organised, empathetic and proactive individual to join their team as a Patient Coordinator. From uploading referrals to making the first call, your work will set the tone for a warm, supportive patient experience.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO STRATFORD, LONDON ON A MONTHLY BASIS

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload patient referrals into our system within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Track and manage onboarding using our internal tools to ensure all documents are collected.
  • Initiate first contact with patients by phone to provide a personalised welcome—follow up by email if necessary.
  • Schedule patient appointments promptly and efficiently.
  • Respond to emails professionally and within one business day.
  • Review and update the onboarding tracker daily, following up with unregistered patients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from referral to appointment.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of all patient interactions.

Key attributes

  • Ideally a background in pharma/healthcare
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a healthcare or patient-facing environment (preferred)
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and patient management systems
  • Empathetic, professional, and patient-first mindset
