Junior Garment Technologist: The Candidate
This is an exciting and challenging role for a highly motivated individual who has great attention to detail, both in measuring garments and keeping accurate records.

- Confident & Enthusiastic
- Excellent IT skills Word & Excel
- Must be able to work under pressure to deadlines
- Previous Garment Industry Experience is required.
- Experience in factory preparations, factory samples and workbooks, is a must have.
- Experience working on customer systems: ASOS, Next & Lipsey would be a bonus
Junior Garment Technologist: - The Role
It is very administrative
- Assisting the senior technician and general helping out on other accounts.
- Working very closely with the Production/Technical team this position will involve:
- Measuring garments and creating specs
- Working closely with the Technicians on all aspects of each style in order to:
- Create technical packs for production including cloth sheets, sketches, specs and make notes for the factory
- Check factories copy samples against this paperwork and send to factories
- Request and organising production team fabrics
- Follow critical paths for delivery dates, flag up delays to sales team.
- Follow instruction and internal systems.
