We are looking to recruit an experienced hands on DevOps Manager / DevOps lead. In this role you will be instrumental in setting the DevOps standards and Processes to make a real difference. To be a success in this role you will have experience establishing and leading and managing a team of DevOps engineers. Experience in a GCP environment would be ideal, however relevant in other Cloud environments such as Azure or AWS also works. You will need an depth technical knowledge of infrastructure operations and DevOps operations. The technology environment is GCP, PHP, using Kubernetes, Redis and Couchbase. Experience with Google Cloud Armour or Cloudflare would be an advantage. Our clients  does use DevOps, however what they are looking for is a DevOps manager to enable them to make a step change in capability. You will have experience of setting consistent standards, developing the capabilities of your DevOps engineers. This will be combined with the stakeholder management skills to understand the needs of the business and align DevOps to be a key part of delivering value. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation who are renowned in their field for being innovative and presenting real value to their customers.
