Are you a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud expert ready to take on a high-impact leadership role? We're looking for a hands-on Oracle HCM Lead who thrives on turning complex challenges into streamlined, scalable, people-first solutions - helping transform how the business operates with the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions across multiple business units.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to deliver HR solutions that enhance employee experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Integrating Oracle HCM with enterprise systems for seamless data flow and cross-functional performance.
  • Developing detailed technical specs, workflows, and configurations that meet strategic business needs.
  • Liaising with global teams to ensure consistency and high standards across the HCM.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across full project lifecycles.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud - configuration, workflows, security, integrations.
  • Strong configuration skills including work structures, checklists, DFFs, and data loaders.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect HR tech with business growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
