Venn Group are delighted to be partnered with a leading sustainability charity, committed to raising standards and driving positive change within the hospitality sector. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Business Development Executive with proven experience in the hospitality sector to lead on income generation through corporate hospitality partnerships and clients.

This role is sales-driven, target-focused, and pivotal in building lasting relationships with corporate partners to maximise revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through the acquisition and management of corporate hospitality clients and partnerships
  • Deliver against agreed income targets, with clear accountability for results
  • Lead the end-to-end business development cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and managing accounts
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans and outreach schedules to secure new business opportunities
  • Build a qualified and sustainable pipeline of corporate partners within the hospitality sector
  • Develop tailored proposals, pitches, and partnership packages to suit client needs and organisational objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partnership offerings are well-designed, priced, and deliver measurable value
  • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and strengthen market positioning
  • Manage contracts, renewals, reporting, and partner stewardship to ensure long-term relationships and revenue sustainability
  • Work closely with Finance on pricing models, contracts, and income forecasting

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record of delivering business development and sales revenue, ideally within the hospitality sector
  • Strong negotiation, pitching, and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable success in winning and delivering corporate partnerships, sponsorships, or commercial offers
  • Target-driven with excellent pipeline management and forecasting ability
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and confident in approaching and engaging new clients
  • Ability to balance commercial drive with the values and ethical standards of a mission-led organisation
