We are representing a distinguished law firm in London that is seeking a talented Client Development Executive. This role is crucial for enhancing client relationships and supporting the firm's growth strategy through effective business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Assist in nurturing and managing key client relationships, including organising client events, preparing materials, and tracking engagement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular client reports and financial analyses, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Programme Support: Contribute to the development and execution of client programmes, including strategic projects and leadership initiatives.
  • Feedback Implementation: Support the client listening programme by collecting and analysing feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Bid Coordination: Aid in the preparation and management of strategic bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with panel terms and maintaining firm relationships.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in client development, business development, or marketing within a legal environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A degree or professional qualification in business, marketing, law, or a related field is advantageous.
