Client Relationship Manager – Financial Institutions
We’re looking for a strategic, client-focused professional to join our global Business Development & Marketing (BDM) team as a Client Relationship Manager focused on Financial Institutions.
In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive client engagement, uncover new business opportunities, and ensure delivery of a world-class client experience. You’ll manage a portfolio of global, cross-practice Financial Institutions clients, coordinating across sectors and jurisdictions to help the firm grow high-margin, strategic work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead strategic planning and opportunity analysis across key Financial Institutions client accounts
- Develop and manage actionable client account plans focused on revenue growth and cross-selling
- Facilitate and act on structured client feedback to enhance relationships and service delivery
- Build strong internal and external networks, driving collaboration across functions and teams
- Champion CRM best practices (Salesforce) and deliver reporting and insights that inform decisions
- Coordinate onboarding, BD initiatives, and continuous improvement projects for key clients
