Commercial Manager - Fit-Out & RefurbishmentLocation: London

We’re working with a leading London-based fit-out and refurbishment specialist, known for delivering high-quality spaces across the hospitality and restaurant sector. As the business continues to grow, they’re looking to bring on board an experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of commercial operations across a range of fast-paced, design-led projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the commercial strategy across multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Managing cost plans, contract administration, valuations, and financial reporting
  • Overseeing procurement and subcontractor management to ensure value for money
  • Monitoring budgets, managing variations, and closing out final accounts

  • Strong understanding of cost control, procurement, and contract negotiation

  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
