A leading provider of soft facilities management services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to drive new business growth across the UK.
About the Role
This is a strategic, client-facing sales position focused on identifying and securing new business opportunities. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle - from prospecting and tendering to closing deals - with a focus on developing long-term, sustainable client relationships in sectors such as education, government and public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy across the UK.
- Identify and engage potential clients to grow the customer base
- Lead on bid preparation, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Build a strong pipeline and achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Represent the business with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of winning new business within soft FM or security services.
- Deep understanding of the facilities management market and sales process.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong network and knowledge of the UK market preferred.
