Search Consultancy are recruiting for an outstanding Business Development Manager covering areas in the South including Slough, Redhill and Guildford.

Do you have a proven history of successfully expanding a customer base and meeting sales targets through a high volume of calls and meetings to ensure success?
Responsibilities:

* To pro-actively make outbound phone calls daily to potential SME/Corporate companies to promote company products and services
* Operate and effectively manage our CRM database with all customer contact and information ensuring accurate records are maintained
* Keep abreast of developments within the markets, provide accurate market information to clients and share new industry knowledge with colleagues
* Attend client meetings, delivering contract renewals and building strong relationships with clients
* Research and prepare for prospect meetings to identify their requirements and help close the sale

The successful candidate will have:

* Have strong B2B sales experience
* Strong cold calling experience
* Proven track sales record
* At Least 3 years + experience in a similar role
* The ideal candidate will possess essential business-to-business field sales experience essential
* Demonstrate a strong ability to drive sales growth through proactive engagement
* Generate leads through various channels and cold call prospective customer
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
* A valid UK driving license and a willingness to travel frequently are also required for this role essential
