Business Development Manager – External Sales

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional looking to elevate your career? We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to join our external sales team and help drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

While experience in freight forwarding is a plus, we welcome candidates with a strong B2B sales background and a passion for building lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across air, sea, and road freight services.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through various lead generation methods.

  • Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and account growth.

  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Ability to quickly learn industry terminology and service offerings.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.

  • Existing network or knowledge of key import/export markets.
