Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across air, sea, and road freight services.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through various lead generation methods.

Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and account growth.

Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and build brand awareness.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within logistics, freight forwarding, or a service-based industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident managing the full sales cycle.

Ability to quickly learn industry terminology and service offerings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
