Your new companyYour new job working as a Commercial Client Executive will be working within one of the UK's leading independent Lloyd's brokers. Located in the city and throughout the UK these brokers make it a priority to understand every detail of client's businesses and work in partnerships to provide a complete service to their customers. The company offer unbiased access to the market and place cover with an established insurer network. They are a national business operating out of regional offices across the UK, acting internationally with global specialists. They offer innovative and intelligent risk advice and insurance programmed designed to confidently provide clients a service to protect their risks. Due to growth within one of their divisions a role has arisen for a Commercial Client Executive to work as part of an established niche team. This role can be located in either of their London or Chelmsford office or a mix of both depending on your nearest location to where you live.Your new roleYour new role working as a Commercial Client Executive means you will be working closely with the existing Client Directors and Client Advisors for new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals. You will act as Client Executive / Advisor on specific nominated accounts and support other members of the division when needed.

Your duties will include shared responsibility for achieving the business plan and budget of the Division, managing client renewals and new business from inception to completion including attending Client appointments. You will also be responsible for negotiating terms, reviewing cover requirements and checking policy documents as well as providing assistance to the Claims department. You will also be involved in the existing Team Pipeline to deal with referrals and may be asked to support a Client Director on significant sized cases.

Other duties will also include ensuring that enquiries are dealt with appropriately, assist the Client Advisor in accurate preparation of client registers and ensure policy documents are checked. You must be able to create Acturis records and produce Pre-Renewal Questionnaires, Market Presentations, Renewal Reports and Invoices.What you'll need to succeedYour previous experience working as a Commercial Account Executive or a similar role will contribute to your success in securing this role. Experience of dealing with clients from inception to completion as well as having experience in handling clients face to face. Use of Acturis would be beneficial. You will always act with professionalism and integrity with any third party with an ability to work in a highly regulated environment. You will have excellent communication skills with experience of managing and delegating workloads. You will need be able to develop and sustain relationships as well as visit clients independently and handle accounts from inception to completion.
