A leading high-end property developer with over 1.6 million sq ft delivered across the UK and UAE is looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across luxury residential, retail, and logistics developments and gain exposure to some of the most prestigious projects in the market.
As Customer Relations Executive, you'll play a key role in managing the full customer journey - from initial enquiry to key handover. You'll work closely with the Head of Sales and Customer Care to ensure every client receives an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and guide customers through the entire sales journey

Handle reservations and maintain up-to-date CRM records

Coordinate closely with internal teams, including Customer Care and Sales

Ensure a smooth and professional handover process
