Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and process sales orders via phone, email, and in person.

Manage a sales ledger, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Offer expert advice on timber and building materials to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Proactively reach out to new and existing customers during quieter periods to generate new business opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:

A strong understanding of timber and building materials is essential, along with a solid knowledge of the construction supplies industry.

Proven experience in internal sales or customer service roles is preferred.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
