International Sales Consultant - Mandarin Speaking

Location: London-Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + Commission (OTE £70,000+)

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven International Sales Consultant with fluency in Mandarin to join our prestigious property sales team. This exciting position offers the unique opportunity to represent multiple prime London property developments to both domestic and international investors, with a focus on the Asian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Showcase and sell premium London property developments to potential buyers
  • Travel regularly to Asia to participate in property exhibitions and marketing events
  • Build and maintain relationships with international clients and investors
  • Provide comprehensive information about property specifications, investment potential, and the London property market
  • Conduct property viewings and virtual tours for overseas clients
  • Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry through to completion
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation
Requirements
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate or luxury goods
  • Strong understanding of Asian markets and cultural nuances
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
  • Knowledge of the London property market (advantageous)
  • Valid passport and ability to travel freely between the UK and Asia
