Client Details
My client is an Mid sized bank based in the City of London. They are well known for their robust payment services internationally.
Description
- Processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks in coordination with the Operations and Transaction Services team.
- Facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of anomaly transactions.
- Resolved complex transaction process problems in line with regulations and reporting standards MIFID, EMIR SFTR
- Resolving trade processing issues, reconciling cash/position breaks and assist with trade con?rmation.
- Act as a point of escalation for client queries and see such matters through to resolution
- Oversaw the set-up of new product lines and robust transnational reporting templates for said product
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders in the delivery of a high standard of collaborative service
Profile
Middle Office Trade Support Associate, City of London, Banking and Financial Services:
- Previous experience working in a well rounded Trade Support / 360 Operations role
- Transaction / Regulatory knowledge to include MIFID, EMIR, SFTR etc
- FX, FXO, Rates and Bonds, Structured Products, Collateral product knowledge
- Ability to help the team launch new products and know the necessary regs that come with this new vehicle.
