This established developer operates across 26 regions nationwide, delivering thousands of homes annually through partnerships with housing associations, local authorities and private sector organisations.

Key responsibilities- Conduct viewings and sales presentations for studio, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments
- Build rapport with potential buyers and understand their housing requirements
- Negotiate sales terms and guide customers through the purchasing process
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline information
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing teams
- Weekend availability essential (Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm)
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and commercial awareness
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends as part of the standard working pattern
- Full driving licence and own transport
- Professional presentation and demeanour
