Role: Sales Consultant

Contract: Permanent Part time (20 hours/week)

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission

Location: UK Remote

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Influencer to support the expansion of our eDiscovery services practice in the UK. The role is one of opening doors so that we can progress sales of our right-shored eDiscovery service into in-house and external corporate investigators and law firms. This role is pivotal in opening doors for our highly successful South African delivery capability into a brown-field market.

Role Responsibilities

  • Introduce the business to your network of contacts in the industry
  • Support the business sales team in advancing introductions through each stage of the clients buying cycle through to successful sales, including attending discovery meeting and sales presentations
  • Assist with preparation of sales proposal content where applicable
  • Attend industry marketing events on behalf of the business

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 10 years' experience in the field of eDiscovery and digital forensic investigations
  • Experience is likely to include a history with one of the large investigative services firm like FTI, Control Risks, EY, KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, Kroll, Sytech, Grant Thornton, etc.
  • Historic clientele including corporate investigations practices in law firms, corporate investigators in larger, highly regulated industries or public sector regulators e.g. FCA, SFO
  • Alternatively, a demonstrable history with either the corporate investigations practice in a law firm or a more boutique investigations firm
  • Experience of the application of technology in tackling fraud
  • An extensive network of contacts in the corporate investigations industry

  • Knowledge of eDiscovery processes and theory
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to coordinate effectively
  • A background in sales would be a benefit (essentially an ability to uncover needs and develop the implications in support of the sales process)
