A award-winning housebuilder and the UK's leading provider of affordable mixed tenure homes is seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join their team. This established developer operates across 26 regions nationwide, delivering thousands of homes annually through partnerships with housing associations, local authorities and private sector organisations.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct viewings and sales presentations for studio, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments
  • Build rapport with potential buyers and understand their housing requirements
  • Negotiate sales terms and guide customers through the purchasing process
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline information
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
  • Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing teams
  • Weekend availability essential (Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm)
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
