Sales Operations Executive- London (WFH 2x a week)- £25-35k DOE

Pod Talent is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing furniture business, who are looking for a Sales operations Coordinator to join their innovative and sustainable team in London. This business is undergoing he growth opportunities and continuing to expand internationally and via different channels, so this is a fantastic time to join the team! This business is dedicated to sustainability and creating a modern flair to classic home staples so if you are just as creative as they are, they would love to see you join!

In this role, you will be:

  • Processing customer orders, supporting the sales team and being the first point of contact for any customer operations queries
  • Communicate cross functionally with EU manufacturers and logistics partners
  • Evaluate incoming orders and ensuring they are accurately schedule from production to delivery
  • Proactively analyse the data to problem solve and improve processes

In order to be successful, we would love to see:

  • Prior experience in a similar logistics/ operations role
  • A strong desire to grow and develop and learn new skills, a proactive attitude
  • Proven experience in problem solving and strong attention to detail
  • Great organisational skills
  • Good Excel skills (v-lookups/ pivot tables), and experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
