I am working on behalf of one of my favourites clients who is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Consultant.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday 9.30-5.30pm with 1 Saturday working 9.30-5pm, you will get a day off in lieu for this.
The prime tasks will be:
Handling incoming sales calls from various trade clients in a call centre environment (lovely open plan offices!!)Â
Utilising strong customer services in order to maximise sales, this could be managed by upselling on different products, discussing new offers or by reviewing the customer retention information
Managing your own administration responsibilities e.g., making sure you are dealing with emails and calls effectively
Helping the team where necessary
The successful Senior Sales Consultant will have:
Proven track record of customer services and sales gained from a Travel background
Superb communication skills
Database knowledge, in particular GDS Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, Amadeus – this is essential
A positive work ethic with a calm and professional manner
