Our client is a dynamic and innovative marketing company based in the heart of Wimbledon. Known for their vibrant team culture and forward-thinking approach, they are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Representative to join their team on a temporary basis.

Role Summary:
As a Telemarketing Representative, you will play a key role in customer engagement by contacting existing clients to promote upcoming events. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, gathering key information, and maintaining accurate records-all while contributing to the success of a market-leading organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make approximately 60-70 outbound calls daily to a warm client base
  • Engage with customers to discuss upcoming events and initiatives
  • Build rapport, actively listen, and deliver tailored solutions
  • Accurately update and maintain customer data in the CRM system
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or account management (preferred)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
  • Resilience and a positive attitude towards achieving targets
