Role Overview - Senior Architectural Technician (London, Contract) 6 month FTC
As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical design and architectural detailing across a range of high-value, secure and safety-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design packages.
- Support and lead on design coordination, technical reviews, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with in-house architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure compliant and buildable solutions.
- Manage aspects of project costing, timelines, and delivery targets.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an architectural or technical design role.
- Demonstrable experience working on large and complex building projects.
- Sector experience in one or more of the following is essential: MOD, MOJ, Life Sciences, Nuclear, Aviation.
- Proficient in Revit and other relevant industry software.
- Security Clearance (SC) or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
