I'm working with a respected consultancy who are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor ready to step into a leadership-focused role. If you're keen to lead projects, mentor junior surveyors, and play a real part in developing client relationships - this could be the right next move.
You'll be handling a mix of professional and project work, leading schemes from inception through to completion, while also supporting the development of the junior team. There's a real emphasis here on building long-lasting relationships with clients, so if you enjoy the business development side as well as the technical delivery, you'll be well placed to succeed.
What they're looking for:
MRICS qualified ideal, but AssocRICS accepted
Strong experience across both professional services and project delivery
Proven track record of leading projects and managing client relationships
Willingness to support and mentor APC-level surveyors
Commercially minded with an eye for developing new business opportunities
What's on offer:
Salary between £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus and benefits package
Hybrid working model (typically 2-3 days in office/client facing)
Opportunity to lead projects and take ownership of key client accounts
Clear path to Associate and beyond
