I'm working with a respected consultancy who are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor ready to step into a leadership-focused role. If you're keen to lead projects, mentor junior surveyors, and play a real part in developing client relationships - this could be the right next move.

You'll be handling a mix of professional and project work, leading schemes from inception through to completion, while also supporting the development of the junior team. There's a real emphasis here on building long-lasting relationships with clients, so if you enjoy the business development side as well as the technical delivery, you'll be well placed to succeed.

What they're looking for:

• MRICS qualified ideal, but AssocRICS accepted

• Strong experience across both professional services and project delivery

• Proven track record of leading projects and managing client relationships

• Willingness to support and mentor APC-level surveyors

• Commercially minded with an eye for developing new business opportunities

What's on offer:

• Salary between 60,000 - 70,000 (depending on experience)

• Bonus and benefits package

• Hybrid working model (typically 2-3 days in office/client facing)
