The Surveyor / Senior Surveyor's Role
The successful Surveyor will be involved in delivering a variety of core Building Surveying services, working closely with clients across multiple commercial sectors. Projects will range from technical inspections and due diligence to project delivery and advisory roles. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of client relationships, while also collaborating with colleagues and senior leadership to develop innovative solutions.

Dilapidations
Technical Due Diligence
Contract Administration
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Preferred (but not essential) experience in:
Construction/Development Monitoring
Reinstatement Cost Assessments
Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters
The Successful Surveyor / Senior Surveyor Will Have
- Knowledge and Attributes:
Commercially aware with strong communication and negotiation skills
Methodical, diligent, and highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proactive, service-driven approach, comfortable in a client-facing role
