Description

- Diagnose and repair faults in building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Coordinate with external contractors to oversee specialised maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
