Our client is an expanding Group which has operations across the US, UK, SA and Asian markets. They are growing their senior management team to launch their businesses into new markets. The role of Group Director of communications is pivotal to the expansion of the various disciplines across existing and new markets.

• The role is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the development and execution of both internal and external communications strategies aligned with Group goals. 

• This position requires an exceptional blend of creativity, strategic vision, leadership, and adaptability, excelling in high-pressure and fast-moving environments. 

• As the voice of the Group, the director plays a key role in shaping how the Group is perceived externally and internally, ensuring their messaging and communication efforts advance the Group’s business objectives.

The Key Responsibilities are as follows; Strategic Leadership, External Comms, Internal Comms, Stakeholder Engagement & Team Development. 

This role will suit individuals with experience in mid-size privately owned media/marketing groups specifically with experience in B2B Stakeholder communications or corporate communications (annual reporting, investor comms, capital markets, employer comms).
