About Our Client

Our client is a leading affordable housing provider, supporting approximately 100,000 residents across 57,000 homes, with a development pipeline of 5,000 new properties. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to offer safe, secure, and affordable homes, enabling residents to live well.

This mission has deep roots, dating back to the 1950s when the organisation was founded to provide quality housing for Windrush migrants in London. In the 1980s, they pioneered innovative shared ownership models to make homeownership more accessible.

Today, they continue to build around 1,000 new homes annually and offer a wide range of care and support services, including specialist provision for older adults, mental health, and transitional support for vulnerable individuals.

Our client is committed to creating a fairer, more inclusive society and is focused on leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.

The Role: Senior Internal Communications Manager

We are seeking an exceptional communications professional to join our client’s Corporate Affairs team, based in either Farringdon, London or Beeston, Nottingham. This is a pivotal role in shaping how the organisation communicates with its 2,000 colleagues and builds trust and engagement across the workforce.

Key Questions This Role Tackles:

  • How well do colleagues understand the organisation’s priorities and the impact of their work?

If these questions resonate with you, this could be the perfect opportunity.

As Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will:

  • Lead the internal communications strategy to enhance colleague engagement.
  • Manage and develop internal communication channels.
  • Work closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams.
  • Collaborate with other communications functions.
