Performance Marketing Manager | SW London (Hybrid) | 60-65k + Benefits (Inc company discount/ enhanced pension)

Zachary Daniels are delighted to be recruiting a Performance Marketing Manager for a large, well-known UK retailer. Reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a 5m+ annual performance marketing budget, covering PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting, and Prospecting across multiple household brands.

You'll play a pivotal role in maximising profitability, ensuring campaigns deliver against ROI and growth targets, and keeping the business at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.

The Role:

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Take ownership of PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting and Display to deliver ROI and growth.
  • Optimise campaign performance across all channels to maximise profitability.
  • Run a structured testing and continuous improvement programme.
  • Manage feeds, product data and creative to maximise ad visibility and click-through.
  • Carry out analytical deep dives to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Align paid media activity with trading priorities and promotional calendars.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on co-funded campaigns and data-sharing.
  • Produce reporting at all levels - channel, campaign, supplier and product - with actionable insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting new tools, platform updates and best practice.
  • Support the wider Ecommerce team with digital marketing opportunities.

About you:

We're looking for a commercially-minded digital marketer with:

  • 3+ years' experience optimising paid campaigns (Google Ads essential).
  • Proven track record of hitting ROAS/ROI targets and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Experience running structured testing and optimisation programmes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align marketing with trading priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms/networks and campaign management.
  • Knowledge of tagging, tracking and attribution models (advantageous).
  • Collaborative style, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
