Salary: £47,000 per annum + Unlimited Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Mechanical Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work foot mobile across luxury Tier 1 residential and commercial properties in Belgravia, Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with strong mechanical and plumbing skills to join a prestigious portfolio and earn unlimited overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fan Coil Units (FCUs): Service, maintenance, and fault diagnosis
- Pumps: Inspection, repair, and replacement
- Toilets & Plumbing Systems: Reactive and planned maintenance
- Fire Alarm Testing: Weekly/monthly testing and compliance reporting
- Flushing Duties: Water hygiene flushing and documentation
- General mechanical building services maintenance
- Carrying out PPM and reactive works across multiple high-end sites
- Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure service excellence
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical building services maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, FCUs, pumps, and plumbing
- Experience with fire alarm systems and water hygiene protocols
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Professional, presentable, and client-facing
