What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver Level 2 construction training with a focus on carpentry, bricklaying, and health & safety

  • Teach through a hybrid model—mostly online with occasional face-to-face workshops

  • Apply your industry expertise to bring lessons to life and embed practical insights

  • Support and motivate learners as they progress toward industry-ready skills

  • Track learner progress, provide feedback, and ensure quality outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience in the construction industry

  • A recognised teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS or above)

  • A minimum of a Level 1 Construction qualification or a valid CSCS card

  • Level 2 qualifications (or GCSEs) in Maths and English

  • Ideally based in London or the South, with willingness to travel for in-person sessions
