What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver Level 2 construction training with a focus on carpentry, bricklaying, and health & safety

Teach through a hybrid model—mostly online with occasional face-to-face workshops

Apply your industry expertise to bring lessons to life and embed practical insights

Support and motivate learners as they progress toward industry-ready skills

Track learner progress, provide feedback, and ensure quality outcomes
What You’ll Bring

Strong hands-on experience in the construction industry

A recognised teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS or above)

A minimum of a Level 1 Construction qualification or a valid CSCS card

Level 2 qualifications (or GCSEs) in Maths and English

Ideally based in London or the South, with willingness to travel for in-person sessions

A proactive, learner-first approach and a real passion for skills development
