PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Construction Manager in West London. This will be working for a rail contractor, who focus on delivering Railway and Civil Engineering projects throughout the Southern Region.

What You'll Bring:
A Safety-First Culture and commitment to industry-leading standards.
Electrical qualifications - ideally 18th Edition certified.
High Voltage (HV) experience, including electrical installations, minor civils, cabling, and containment in distribution substations.
Strong organisational skills and a collaborative team ethos.
A solid background in electrical construction engineering (Degree or HNC/HND preferred).
Demonstrated experience in the HV Power & Energy sector.
A track record of safe, high-quality, and timely project delivery.
What You'll Work On:
Electrical installations within distribution substations.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with the Project Manager, internal teams, and trusted suppliers to deliver a diverse project portfolio.
Optimise project resources - labour, plant, and transport - for efficiency and productivity.
Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, cost-saving measures, and improved scheduling.
Oversee site supervisors and ensure works meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Build and manage strong client relationships while ensuring alignment with contract requirements, schedules, and budgets.
Review and approve critical project documentation: construction programmes, method statements, ITPs, etc.
Lead your team while managing project budgets, resources, and timelines.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and company QUENSH policies.
