Electrical Construction Manager
West London
Up to 90k + Travel & Benefits (Depending on experience)
We're looking for an Electrical Construction Manager who knows their way around Data Centres, Commercial builds, and Industrial projects.
This opportunity will be with one of our clients who are a Top 10 M&E contractor and currently working on some of UK and Europe's top projects .This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects with a market-leading organisation that values technical excellence and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical installations across projects from inception through to completion
- Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project expectations are met
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure H&S compliance
- Oversee cost control and financial reporting
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management
Personal Requirements:
- M&E experience as an Electrical Construction Manager (or equivalent)
- Sector knowledge: Data Centres, Commercial, or Industrial projects
- Understanding of electrical systems, building services, and how to coordinate with other trades
- Up to speed on BS 7671, CDM regs, and UK H&S legislation
- Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and people effectively
- Relevant electrical qualifications + CSCS/ECS card
Desirable Qualifications
- HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering
- SMSTS, IOSH, or similar
- BIM and design coordination experience
- Professional body membership (IET, CIBSE)
