A leading M&E Contractor with a reputation for delivering some of the most complex and iconic projects in sectors such as Data Centre's, healthcare, and commercial is seeking an experiencedElectrical Construction Managerfor a80M+ Commercial Shell & Core projectlocated nearKing's Cross, London. This prestigious project, which has over 2 yearsremaining.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Electrical installation and commissioning across the project, ensuring adherence to all technical, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Take responsibility for the management of all Electrical aspects of the project, from early design through to final handover
- Monitor and enforce health and safety requirements across the site
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory standards
- Act as the key point of contact for Electrical issues and ensure effective problem-solving throughout the project
- Prepare reports and attend regular meetings with senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within commercial, healthcare, Pharmaceuticals or large-scale projects
- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and public health
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers and subcontractors
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- SMSTS, CSCS (black or gold), and ideally First Aid certifications
