We're looking for an Electrical Construction Manager who knows their way around Data Centres, Commercial builds, and Industrial projects.

This opportunity will be with one of our clients who are a Top 10 M&E contractor and currently working on some of UK and Europe's top projects .This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects with a market-leading organisation that values technical excellence and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical installations across projects from inception through to completion
• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project expectations are met
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure H&S compliance
• Oversee cost control and financial reporting
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management

Personal Requirements:

• M&E experience as an Electrical Construction Manager (or equivalent)
• Sector knowledge: Data Centres, Commercial, or Industrial projects
• Understanding of electrical systems, building services, and how to coordinate with other trades
• Up to speed on BS 7671, CDM regs, and UK H&S legislation
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and people effectively
• Relevant electrical qualifications + CSCS/ECS card

Desirable Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• SMSTS, IOSH, or similar
• BIM and design coordination experience
• Professional body membership (IET, CIBSE)
