Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team - Residential project , must have background in residential . The successful candidate will oversee electrical installations and maintenance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Plan, manage, and supervise electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Allocate resources, schedule work, and coordinate with other departments and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians and electrical technicians.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure team members meet project standards and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify quality and safety.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Problem-Solving:
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during projects.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly archived.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects.
Certification:
- Valid Black CSCS Card is required.
