Artisan Recruit are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee a team on a new build school project. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in supervising electrical sub-contractors on commercial construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate gangs of electrical sub-contractors

Conduct site inductions and deliver toolbox talks

Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with site safety procedures and project timelines

Liaise effectively with site workers, management, and the client

Monitor quality and progress, reporting to project management as required
Requirements:

SSSTS certificate (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – essential

Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within electrical installation

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to manage and sub-contractors to meet deadlines
-
Competent in maintaining site records and reporting
