Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a high-profile data centre project. The successful candidate will have strong shell & core experience and a proven track record of supervising electrical works on large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works across shell & core phases

• Manage subcontractors and direct labour on site

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

• Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with drawings and standards

• Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and safety briefings

• Liaise with project management, engineers, and other trades

• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and site procedures

• Assist with inspections, testing, and commissioning activities

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on data centre or large commercial projects

• Strong shell & core electrical experience (essential)

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong focus on health & safety and quality control

• Relevant electrical qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)

• SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)

• ECS / CSCS card (required)
