What You'll Do:Support the management team in the smooth running of daily service
Lead and motivate front-of-house staff during shifts
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction
Assist with training, onboarding, and development of team members
Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
Act as a key point of contact for guests and deal confidently with queries or feedback
Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter in a premium or fine-dining setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
A natural host who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
A passion for food, wine, and hospitality
