The Arding Rooms is x+why's newest Private Members Club, located within the beautifully restored Arding & Hobbs building in the heart of Clapham Junction. Blending the iconicArt Deco era, with a modern creative spirit The Arding Rooms will bea space where high end hospitality meets community, comfort and style.
Opening this June we are looking for a passionate and polished Floor Supervisor to help shape the guest experience from day one.
The bit about the role:
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during daily service
- Ensure smooth and elevated experiences for members and guests
- Assist with training, team briefings, and daily service planning
- Handle bookings, floor plans, and special member requests
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and discretion
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and wider club team to deliver excellence at every touch point
- The Club will be operate full service 7 days a week
The bit about you:
- Experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role
- Ideally within aprivate members club or premium hospitality setting
- Immaculate presentation and confident, professional communication
- A natural host who exudes warmth and charm
- The ability to keep smiling, even when under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and consistent attention to detail
- Flexible, positive and excited to grow with a brand-new opening
