Guide Dogs are looking for a proactive, passionate, and motivated individual to become their London Door to Door Senior team leader.
The role:
We are recruiting for a senior team leader to help build a driven team of fundraisers. Assisting in training and motivating the team, whilst engaging with people in residential areas going door to door in and around London inspiring people to join and donate to Guide Dogs through regular donations. This is a hands on role, working in the field going door to door with the team, and the Team Leader bonus will be based on team results.

About you:
- Have either face-to-face fundraising experience or experience in Door-to-Door sales, with experience managing a small team.
- Driven with experience in working towards targets.
- Lead from the front, meeting KPI’s and motivating team members to reach their full potential.
- Be outgoing, energetic and have a confident demeanour and have good team building/ coaching skills.
- Have the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Be able to work independently and used to meeting targets.
