With a strong pipeline of work and a solid reputation for quality and reliability, they are seeking an experienced Project/Site Manager to join their growing team.Role OverviewAs a Groundworks Project/Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing groundworks and temporary installation works on projects typically valued up to £2 million. You'll be responsible for ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks and civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of site delivery.Key Responsibilities*Manage daily site operations for groundworks and temporary installation projects*Oversee project planning, execution, and close-out, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met*Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders*Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company policies*Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress reports*Manage site staff and subcontractors, including scheduling, performance, and resourcing*Work closely with the commercial team to monitor budgets and variations*Problem-solve on-site issues to maintain progress and qualityRequirements*Proven experience managing groundworks or civil engineering projects*Strong understanding of temporary works and their installation*Excellent organisational and leadership skills*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications*Full UK driving licence*SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), and First Aid certification*Strong communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits*Competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience*Company vehicle or travel allowance*Opportunities for professional development and career progression*Supportive and experienced senior management team #LI-PB1
