ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for a contract M&E Asset Surveyor to utilise your expertise across a wide variety of sectors, including healthcare, Commercial, Education, and Local authority buildings.
About the role:-
- Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the surveying project
- Provide different types of asset surveys, asset verification, and asset compliance audits
- Reports formatted and sent on a survey template
- Producing technical and defect analysis reports
- Life cycle costings
- Organise your week according,y depending on workload, traveling to meet with clients
- Reports can all be carried out from home, with occasional meet-ups with the team at the head office.
- Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures
What's in it for you:
Long-term contract plus 300 to 350 per day.
The ideal candidate:
You must have relevant M&E surveying experience and a qualification to be successful with your application.
