PTS HV Supervisor

Our client, a leading player in the rail infrastructure sector, is seeking an experienced PTS HV Supervisor to join their growing team. Based in London, you will oversee high-voltage (HV) electrical works across multiple railway projects throughout the South East of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation on a permanent basis, delivering critical upgrades and maintenance to the UK rail network.

• Supervise HV electrical works on railway infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with all Network Rail and client standards.
• Manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and quality checks.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Managers, and client representatives to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and records.

• Valid PTS/Sentinel certification.
• Proven experience supervising HV (High Voltage) works within the rail industry.
• Strong understanding of Network Rail standards and railway safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East.

• SSSTS / SMSTS qualification.
• Authorised Person (AP) or Senior Authorised Person (SAP) status (HV).
• Experience working on electrification or power distribution projects.
