This is an integral role within the Licence to Alter team, working closely with the Director. You will have an 80% focus on licence to alter, with the other 20% including the development monitoring and fit-out monitoring of your projects. With access to a top tier client list, you will be hands on with clients including Royalty, funds, billionaires and A-lister celebrities, working with some of London’s most iconic properties.

Person Specification:

• MRICS – Ideally
• Strong written skills allowing for the preparation of Landlord consent documentation
• Attention to detail in reviewing drawings and property lease information
• Excellent organisation abilities and administrative aptitude in reviewing compliance with Landlord approval letters, reports and schedules
• Excellent communication skills including a high level of diplomacy in dealing with clients, applicants and/or their agents

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proven experience of Licence To Alter work. You will have undertaken multiple LTA’s, throughout the whole process
• You will be confident covering all areas of Licence To Alter work, this is a role for finisher and completer
• Alongside the LTA work you will be involved in the following areas, including; development and project monitoring, landlord representation for initial tenant fit-out works, PPM surveys, party wall matters, schedules of condition and dilapidations.
• This is a client facing role. You will be confident in liaison with stakeholders of all types and levels

Salary & Package:

Salary range will be £60,000 – £70,000 pa dependent on background and experience.
