What Were Looking For:Strong background as aSous Chef or Senior Sous Chefin high-end or Michelin-recommended restaurants
Deep understanding ofSpanish cuisine, or a passion to grow within it
Confidence leading a section and managing the team
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining impeccable standards
A passion for open-fire or live-flame cooking is a plus
