A Site Manager is needed in an All-Girls Secondary School & Sixth Form in South West London.
This Site Manager position will be full time (36 hours a week) and temporary in the first instance.
Although working days for this Site Manager role will generally be Mondays to Fridays, there will be times you will need to work on Saturdays too.
Responsibilities for this Site Manager role will include but not be limited to:
* Maintenance of the buildings* Carrying out repairs* Providing general security* Day to day cleaning* Carrying out safety checks* Working with contractors
Ideal applicants for this Site Manager vacancy will:
* Have relevant Health & Safety qualifications/training* Have previous experience of building maintenance * Possess a proactive attitude towards applying regulations* Be able to work as part of a team* Have a decent understanding of how to use ICT and perform DIY* Be adaptable, friendly and professional * Be able to effectively communicate with others * Ensure they uphold the ethos of the school
The rates of pay for this Site Manager post will range from £130 to £180 a day, depending on the qualifications and experience of each applicant.
